From the moment you step inside, kids are drawn into a world of adventure filled with twisting tunnels, padded climbing ramps, lookout towers, bendy bridges, and slides that swoosh them into new areas to explore!
Our multi-level soft-play structure is designed with every detail in mind: secure padded flooring, rounded edges, sensory-friendly colors, and play elements that spark both imagination and movement. Children of all ages can climb, crawl, and create their own stories as they navigate each hidden nook, tunnel, and tower. It’s a space where giggles echo, energy thrives, and little adventurers stay busy in the best way.
Parents can take a breath knowing the entire PlayScape is clean, safe, and thoughtfully maintained, offering visibility and soft surfaces throughout. The PlayScape is open every day from
11 AM to 10 PM.

Comfortable, movement-friendly clothing is best
Our PlayScape has three exciting levels to slide, climb, and crawl through!
Shoes are not allowed inside the PlayScape and BallPit. They must be placed in the cubbies provided before entering.
Socks are required at all times in both the PlayScape and Ball Pit.
Need socks? We sell them at the front desk for $2.
The Alley is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

You are welcome to join your child!
One parent/guardian may enter the PlayScape free of charge at a time.
If you prefer not to enter the structure:
You may watch from the upstairs viewing area behind the front desk
You can hang out on the main arcade floor, which has a clear view into the PlayScape.
Parents/guardians are solely responsible for supervising their children.
There may or may not be an Alley staff member inside the PlayScape at any given time.

A waiver is required for every child before entering. No exceptions.
Children and Guardians enter at their own risk. Please be mindful of others.
Running, rough play, misuse of equipment, or lack of supervision may result in injury.
If a child repeatedly disrupts play or behaves in a way that negatively affects others, they may be asked to leave the PlayScape for the day without a refund. Multiple offenses may result in a ban from the PlayScape.
The Alley is not responsible for injuries related to unsafe behavior or inherent risks of play.

Your Day Pass is loaded directly onto your game card and remains active from the time of purchase until closing on the same day. You’re welcome to leave and return — your pass will still be valid.
Don’t have a game card? New cards are $1 at the front desk.

Paid in full upfront and cannot be canceled mid-year.
Perks are available monthly at the front desk — no early redemption.
Monthly Memberships:
Requires a minimum 2-month commitment before cancellation.

Perks do not roll over, so anything not redeemed or picked up by the end of the month will expire.
